Need a visa to enter Peru
A. Nationals of the following countries need a valid visa to enter Peru.
All African countries (except South Africa), Afghanistan, Saudi Arabia, Bangladesh, Bahrain, Bhutan, Cambodia, United Arab Emirates, India, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Maldives, Mongolia, Nepal, Oman, Qatar, Laos, North Korea, Pakistan, Syria, Sri Lanka, People's Republic of China, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Vietnam, Yemen, Cuba, Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Slovenia, Estonia, Georgia, Hungary, Lithuania, Latvia, Macedonia, Moldova, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovak Republic, Romania, Russia, Turkey, Ukraine and Serbia & Montenegro.
Note: Nationals from Bangladesh, Cuba, China, Iran, Iraq, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka also require authorization from the immigration in office in Lima in order to obtain a tourist visa.
B. Business Travelers
A Business visa is required for all nationals if the purpose of the visit is business. Upon arrival in Peru, the Business visa holder must register at the Dirección General de Contribuciones for taxation purposes. Business visa holders can stay in Peru for up to 90 days. If wishing to extend the visit, an application must be given to the Dirección General de Migraciones in Lima.
Don't need a visa to enter Peru
A. Nationals of the following countries don't need a visa to enter Peru if they are traveling as tourists for up to 90 days.
Andorra, Antigua & Barbuda, Argentina, Australia, Austria, Bahamas, Barbados, Belarus, Belgium, Belize, Bolivia, Brazil, Brunei Darussalam, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Cook Islands, Costa Rica, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Dominica, Dominican Rep., Ecuador, El Salvador, Estonia, Fiji, Finland, France, Germany, Granada, Greece, Guatemala, Guyana, Haiti, Holy See, Honduras, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Jamaica, Japan, Kiribati, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Malaysia, Malta, Marshall Islands, Mexico, Micronesia, Moldova, Monaco, Nauru, Netherlands, New Zealand, Nicaragua, Niue, Norway, Palau, Panama, Papua New Guinea, Paraguay, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Republic of Korea, Russian Federation, Salomon Islands, Samoa, San Marino, Serbia and Montenegro, Singapore, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, South Africa, Spain, St Christopher & Nevis, St Lucia, St Vincent and Grenadines, Surinam, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Tonga, Trinidad & Tobago, Tuvalu, Ukraine, United Kingdom, Uruguay, USA, Vanuatu and Venezuela.
B. Transit passengers continuing their journey by the same or first connecting aircraft within 24 hours provided holding valid onward or return documentation and not leaving the airport are also exempted from visa requirement.

(b) (b) Return or through ticket to show the departure arrangements from Peru.
(c) (c) 2 passport-size, color photographs.
(d) (d) Proof of economic solvency.
(e) 2 completed visa application forms
(f) For Business visa, a company letter specifying the reason for the trip and the length of stay.
